1. GENERAL TERMS• By commissioning, you're giving me consent to record and share the drawing process on my social media platforms.• Prices may change based on demand, but I will communicate any changes in advance and receive your consent before proceeding with the commission.• I have the right to reject or cancel any commission order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.• I reserve the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service or any behavior that I deem inappropriate.2. PAYMENT• Payment will be via Paypal or Gcash depending on your location. I accept payment in USD or PHP respectively.• Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and the remaining balance upon completion and approval of the final work.• Please do not send any payment until I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment. This is to ensure a secure and smooth transaction for both parties involved.3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY• I will inform you when I have started your commission. At this point you can no longer request for a refund (see point 7 further below for more info on refunds).• Throughout the process, I will create regular reviews to ensure your commission meets your expectations. The number of reviews will depend on the complexity of the work requested.• During the review process, you will see work-in-progress images that may contain a watermark and are typically smaller than the final version.• The estimated turnaround time for your commission is 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the queue. I'll start working on it as soon as it's your turn.• If any unforeseen delays occur, I will inform you as soon as possible.• Upon completion of your commission, you will receive a full-resolution image. Please note that no physical product is provided.4. REVISIONS• 3 rounds of major revisions for the sketch on the commissioned piece are included in the price.• Willing to provide unlimited minor revisions at no extra cost for clarifying and adjusting color and small marking errors.• A fee will be added for major changes requested on the final line art, base coloring, and the final drawing stages, unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made. If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra cost.5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYCOPYRIGHT:I, Misa (the artist), retain the copyright to the commissioned drawing and its use.RIGHTS AND USAGE:• I, the artist, have the right to use the artwork for self-promotion and publication (e.g. portfolio website, artbooks, social media).• The buyer has the right to claim any characters depicted in the artwork as their own.• The buyer is allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use, such as sharing on social media and displaying in their home or office.• It is not necessary to credit me when sharing the artwork online, but it is highly appreciated.• The buyer is allowed to use the artwork on their YouTube channel and in monetized videos, as long as the artwork is not the main subject of the earnings.VIOLATIONS:• Selling or reproducing the artwork for commercial purposes without my consent is prohibited.• Claiming the artwork as your own without proper credit is also considered a violation.• Altering the artwork without my consent is not permitted.By purchasing this commission, you agree to these terms.I, Misa (the artist) reserve all rights and ownership of the commissioned drawing and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon.6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION• I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!• If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.• I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.• If you are getting a refund, I will transfer the money back to you.8. CONFIDENTIALITYAs an artist who values privacy and confidentiality, I assure my clients that any personal information shared during the commission process will be kept completely confidential. I will never disclose your personal information without your explicit consent, and I respect your choice of whether to be tagged or not in promotional materials. I will always honor your desire to stay anonymous.However, in the event of any misconduct, fraud, or other malicious activities by any client, I reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information, including your name, to inform the public to be cautious of you. Rest assured that I will only use this information to safeguard myself and other stakeholders from harm.WHAT DO YOU GET?• Sketch and/or final sketches, line art, and base colors that you must each accept before I continue the work on every step of the process.• Full-resolution file (at 300 DPI) of final drawing. Final file formats are usually PNG.
